Co-founder and Managing Partner of fp. As head of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Nikolai advises corporates and investors on integrity, sanctions and the ever-shifting dunes of the power landscape. Based in Berlin, he also oversees research across the DACH region into industrial blue-chips and cutting-edge start-ups alike. At fp, as Head of People, Nikolai leads growth from outside and within – hiring talent and boosting skills.
